Revisiting my old photos and I find myself smiling from ear to ear remembering the memories. It was a fine winter day when I visited this place. I remember how I almost got scammed, how I had to come back twice because the first visit got me all dizzy due to the number of people in the square of St. Peter’s Basilica. There was too many people I didn’t even know where to start to queue! 😂 . The next day, I went straight to one of the offices that offered a tour to #VaticanMuseum, #SistineChapel, and an entry to #stpetersbasilica without queuing. Mind you, the queue to Vatican Museum was as long as 7 minutes walk! I counted! I laughed and waved at those peasants who had to queue for more than 2 hours as I walked straight into the museum #somuchwin #byerakyatjelata (omg so shallow but whatevs 🤣) . #vatican #italy #aMrazingItaly . P.S: i’m traveling again after a week break! Can you guess where I’m heading this time? 😁😁😁
St. Peter’s Basilica
At the end of the St Peter’s square stands the iconic St Peter’s Basilica. The Papal Basilica of St. Peter in the Vatican, is an Italian Renaissance church. Designed by Donato Bramante, Michelangelo, Carlo Maderno and Gian Lorenzo Bernini.
