Gostenhof – Where to stay in Nuremberg for Relaxation

Gostenhof is a small neighbourhood right outside of the Old Town. It’s ideal if you prefer to stay in a quieter area and are fine with taking public transport or a taxi into the centre of the city.

The main subway stations are Plärrer and Gostenhof, and the S1 train also runs right by. Getting to the Old Town takes under 10 minutes, so you won’t be too far away from the action here.

Another small area with many hotels near Nuremberg Train Station is Marienvorstadt. Dutzendteich is a very historic part of the city, as it is the site of the former Nazi Party Rally Grounds.
