Kemang is a neighborhood in South Jakarta with something for everyone. Kemang is largely a residential area, and very popular with expats as there are several international schools in the area.

A healthy expat population also means there are many great bars, cafes, restaurants, brunch spots and shopping opportunities.

If you prefer a seaside break from the mainland, consider staying in Ancol, Jakarta’s marina district. This is a great place for families who want to experience all of the popular attractions of Jakarta.
