Getting to the Venue and Other Important Information
A great way to get to the venue on the day of the performance is by road. If you are not a local, choosing a car hire in Sydney is a quick and convenient way for you and your family to get around.
The Sydney Opera House also offers parking facility, making your trip all the more convenient. On the day of the event, it is recommended that you arrive early to avoid any queues and to make sure you don’t miss the beginning of the main act.
Families should know that no food, beverages or alcohol of your own will be permitted into the venue and you will also not be permitted to bring in any strollers, chairs, sparklers, umbrellas, cameras and recording devices into the concert area.
Food and beverages are made available at the venue. It is ideal to leave everything behind in your rented car except a light jacket that you might need.
