One highlight of the neighborhood is the Triana market, or Mercado de Triana, a traditional Spanish market with fruit, vegetables, meat and seafood stalls, as well as restaurants.

La Cartuja – Where to stay in Seville for business travellers

La Cartuja is the island in the middle of the Guadalquivir River. It’s the site of the 1992 Universal Exposition of Seville, where over 100 countries were represented for the “Age of Discovery” theme.

The Jardin Americano is a great place for some green space in the city, and is uniquely filled entirely with plants from America, hence the name.
