Eiffel Tower 

The Eiffel Tower isthe most recognizable landmark in Paris. It is a total of 324m high, from the bottom to the tippy top. The Eiffel Tower is made out of wrought iron and was named after the engineer Gustave Eiffel, whose company designed and built the tower. There are a 108 stories, with 1,710 steps within the tower,m however, visitors can only climb stairs to the first platform and need to take elevators the rest of the way.

Place Vendôme

Place Vendôme is a square in the 1st arrondissement of Paris. It is the starting point of the Rue de la Paix (a fashionable shopping street). The Square has a statue of Napoleon in its center and is known for the glitzy jewellry stores that surround it.

Old Stock Exchange

The Old Stock Exchange, located in Lille was designed by architect Julien Destrée (circa 1653) is a magnificent example of the Flemish baroque style. The old Bourse is filled with market type stalls that sell used books, antique prints and vintage toys.

Notre Dame de Paris

Notre-Dame de Paris also known as Notre-Dame Cathedral, is a medieval Catholic cathedral located n the fourth arrondissement of Paris. It is the most famous of the Gothic cathedrals of the Middle Ages. Although most people from it from “The Hunchback of Notre Dame“.

Louvre

The Louvre (museum) is a former royal palace located on the Right Bank of the Seine in Paris and is home to world famous works of art such as Leonardo da Vinci’s Mona Lisa, Winged Victory of Samothrace and Venus de Milo. The Louvre is considered the world’s largest art museum.

Opéra Garnier Paris

The Palais Garnier is a 1,979-seat opera house, which was built from 1861 to 1875 for the Paris Opera.

Moulin Rouge

The Moulin Rouge is a famous cabaret in Paris. It opened in 1889  however the original Moulin Rouge house burned down in 1915 and since been rebuilt, bigger and better!
