1. Cochinita Pibil

Cochinita pibil isn’t the most popular dish from Mexico but that doesn’t mean that it isn’t a great dish. In our opinion this is one of the greatest dishes out there, because it is very tasty and not that world famous as some other dishes.

We are certain that this dish will surprise you. Cochinita Pibil is pulled pork prepared by slow cooking in annatto, orange juice and lime. It is served with some pickled onions on top, giving you an incredibly tasty dish.

2. Tacos (al pastor)
