The Mirage Hotel

The biggest and most spacious hotel in Vegas, The Mirage is a combined casino resort that has more than 3,044 guest rooms.

It is also a Polynesian-themed hotel resort, located at the heart of the Vegas strip in Paradise, Nevada.

Owned by MGM Resorts International, its theme creates a colourful backdrop for revelry and draws millions of visitors from around the world on an annual basis.

It’s worth noting that the original marquee sign at the front of the hotel building is the largest free-standing structure of its type in the world.

The Mirage hotel certainly cuts a distinguished presence on the crowded and bustling Vegas strip, however you can the relaxing music used on the casino floor provides an interesting contrast with the hustle and bustle, while it also establishes a mood that encourages visitors to relax, lose their inhibitions and ultimately spend more money.

The Bellagio Hotel and Casino

For those with a love of celebrity and the high life, a stay in Vegas’ renowned Bellagio Hotel and Casino resort is certainly in order. Another central complex that sits at the very heart of the Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada, the Bellagio was built on the site of the demolished Dunes Hotel and Casino.

This resort is also owned by MGM International, while the structures’ elegant design and interior was inspired by Lake Como in the town of Bellagio in Italy.

Famed for its elegance, the hotel is also notable for the presence of an 8 acre lake which runs between the building and the strip, while movie fans will also note that this location was used for filming in Hollywood hits such as The Hangover and Ocean’s Eleven.
