Once we have landed, Richard pulls some strings and the top of the balloon opens and all of the hot air rushes out! The Balloon slowly deflates, slowly floating to the ground.
Richard starting to unpack the basket, ready to put it back on the trailer. Most of the hot air still sitting in the balloon, now the fun part of pushing out all of the hot air. Rolling up the Hot air Ballooning, pushing out all of the hot air! It’s tough work.
The view around our landing point. Sitting in the middle of nowhere – Beautiful.
Look at all of our goodies, we get to enjoy it after all that hard work of getting up early, setting p the balloon, flying through the air on hot air and excitement and then packing it all up again 🙂
Richard pouring us all a glass (or 3) of bubbles to celebrate (not dying!! – I kid!!) a successful and very enjoyable flight.
Have you ever been in a hot air balloon? Where did you go and how did you feel?
Please note: Outback Ballooning has finished early for this season (2013). They may return next season
